Lucia raised an eyebrow at her, honestly used to people assuming she'd never had alcohol in her life (which was far from the truth). "Don't mind if I do," she said with a bit of a laugh as she took a swig. "It sucks being stuck at fourteen," she said as she handed the bottle back to Jen.

"Seems like it would." Jen said. "I'd hate to even be stuck at eighteen." Jen said. Twenty-one was a good age, she could pretty much go and do anything she wanted. Jen looked over at Lucia. "You can keep it, I've had enough." Jen said.

Lucia shook her head. "Eighteen would be fine," she said. "I could make myself up to look a little older if I were eighteen. But now? The oldest I get is sixteen, and that's on a good day. If I didn't have compulsion to keep me somewhat sane, I don't know what I'd do." Lucia smirked at Jen's offer to let her have the bottle, and she rested the bottom on his against her knee. "Thanks," she said. It was weird to have someone being so nice to her.

Lucia nodded. "Yeah, but I'm probably the oldest virgin on the planet," she said with a bit of a laugh. Sure, there were probably plenty of hormonal fourteen year old boys that would love to sleep with her if she really wanted them too, but Lucia always thought that was weird. Any time she actually had interest in a man, he would look at her as a little sister or something, which kind of ruined her opportunity.

"I'm sure one day a fourteen year old boy will turn Into a vampire." Jen said positively. "Don't give up yet." Jen said. She looked over at the grave on ground it was a little girl shown by the years on the stone.

Lucia shrugged. "I've been waiting over seven hundred years. I think I have a right to give up at this point," she said. Lucia didn't want to sound like some desperate loveless girl, but sometimes she just needed to vent about it. But Lucia knew that she wasn't going to jump at the first opportunity that came her way when it came to love. If she actually had interest in the guy, then sure, but she wasn't going to be with someone just because they were the only person interested. She was still going to be picky, as she was with everything else in her life.

Lucia sighed. "It's easy for you to say," she said. "And I'm not upset about it. It sucks, but I've been living with it for long enough now. I've learned to deal with it." Lucia didn't want people to pity her, but it tended to just happen naturally once they knew about her situation. She hated it, but there was never much she could really do about it either.
